Pros
They offer decent insurance benefits, they are willing to adjust your work schedule to accommodate your needs. Usually pretty fast paced, and they have you doing 2 (or more) jobs, so you won't get bored.
Cons
Stressful work environment in the clerical unit. Upper-management uses Fear Tactics to keep up production. And because of this, a lot of employees are constantly back-stabbing, gossiping, & snitching to keep their employment. Supervisor goes on breaks/lunch with favorites, and they are the only ones getting promoted. Micro-managing and workloads are divided unequally. Seniority carries no weight/value here. If you're looking for a company with job security and to build your career, this isn't the place for you. It's a good place to get your feet wet.
