Dear Alum, Thanks for you feedback. I genuinely appreciate your candour. I just want to clarify a few things and give some perspective on it. 1. Startups live and die with funding till they are self sustainable. At tough times, we have to make some tough decisions and believe me they are not made lightly. 2. The nature of startups is that we will push hard, pivot when needed and do whatever it takes to get something out. 3. Salary has always been on the 7th of the month. Thats how we are operating. 4. We do not have Saturday working - that was changed a few months ago. 5. Happy to understand what absurd features we have developed - will help def. help us fix things if that is the case 6. In the tough times we have had to let some people go but our talented folks are still with us. 7. Our tech is the largest in our organisation and it is the core of our business.
