Pros

individual contributors, the people on the front lines and the office/breakfast perks, etc.

Cons

The leadership. They foster a culture of competition amongst the teams and don't have any empathy for the employees. They don't value how long it takes to get to know the business and they will fire people on a whim. The move people around and reorganize constantly, without getting the buy-in from the managers of the team. The product is really non-existent. They have very few loyal employees because they are not loyal to their employees and don't care to listen to what they have to say. In the two years I was there, there were more than 4 initiatives around goals so they could covertly layoff or fire the bottom 20%. None of them ever stuck and we pivoted to something else
