Pros
- Massive TAM Market - Awesome opportunity to affect change for a group of people who haven't gotten love from tech companies - construction workers, renewables workers, etc. - Very startup-esque environment in some of the functions - Still day 1
Cons
- Ambiguous environment - not a big deal if you're hungry and like a startup environment, but not everyone thrives in it. At one point we indexed too much on work/life balance in hiring and it burned out some people. - We expanded quickly from oil and gas to many markets - it saved us in the down turn, but we're still working through integration in some cases, which can create some churn and misalignment.
