      - Genuine, thoughtful, and smart leaders and colleagues! - Ability to grow, stretch, and impact at a high level - Creating products and services that are actually helping people - Strong compensation, benefits, and work/life balance

      Cons

      Not a "con" but individuals need to be ok with changing direction/strategy from time to time, but that is expected from a startup.
