Good Place to work if you're young and easy to talk into doing things you don't want to do. - CNA/HHA Right at Home Employee Review

Pros

Long hours aren't so bad because it's not a lot of hard labor, paid milage (40 cents, but it's required) free CPR classes and med cert.

Cons

Begged at 2 AM to pick up shifts at 3 in the morning on your days off. Made to feel like crap and a horrible person if you don't. No paid time off. If an emergency happens, and you need off, chances are you'll be talked down to. Crappy pay. no raisee. 3/4 office women are mean and nasty. Will be abused by certain clients and since they get a lot of money from their Medicaid, they won't drop them as a client even though it's morally wrong and should be in the best interest of the employee.

Pros

Great office staff to work with. Client's were great to work with and it was nice making someone's day better through activities of daily living. You were placed with clients close to home.

Cons

Often had to drive to multiple client's houses in one day to make up a full days work. You were not remibersed for hours.
