Pros

Great people - very high calibre of staff Parties and social aspect are great Training is good

Cons

Every aspect of your job is micromanaged Extremely long hours - and totally expected to dedicate your whole life to the business. When you join Rightmove your evenings and weekends no longer belong to you Extreme bitchiness Management are extremely cliquey Delivering monumental price rises constantly to estate agents when they are suffering from a challenging marketplace Arrogant attitude - this will soon see Rightmove become unstuck! Zero compassion for both agents and staff No recognition for a job well done. Constantly picking up on the negatives High turnover of staff. People either leave as they can’t cope with the unnecessary pressure or they are managed out of the business - London turnover is insane with people leaving and sacked on a monthly basis. Advice - do not join this organisation unless you can take extreme criticism even when you are hitting all of your targets, and have no family or life commitments.

Pros

Some teams are nice .

Cons

Low pay, salary reviews are terrible, progression is terrible, minimal benefits . They are aggressively offshoring to South Africa. Would be wary about joining now.
