Pros

Hands down, the people. Some of the most intelligent and hard-working people I've met in a long time. The team is the thing that kept me loving where I was.

Cons

CEO is a textbook narcissist who thinks he's the greatest gift to the company. He thinks he knows the ins and outs of every single department when in reality he's really only good at one thing, hearing himself talk. He can talk you in circles and make you feel like you're the one that's an idiot at the end. He has no idea what he wants and will change his mind so fast it will make your head spin.

Pros

This job is not for someone who wants to just idly sit by and do menial tasks. This place is for people who want to innovate, discover, create, and be open to learning new things. You must be a self-starter, self-motivator, and self-sustained. Whatever position you're in, you need to be a team player and you need to be ready to bring your skills to the table. This is not just a regular 9-5 company and coming in you need to realize that this is a start-up culture building the foundation for the future. The people that I work with are amazing, intelligent, curious, and always willing to help in whatever way that they can. If you're ready for a challenge, ready to really test your skills, really ready to be a part of a team then I urge you to take the time to really get to know RingLead at its core. I have learned so many things in my short time here so far and beyond the mess, the future looks bright.

Cons

Management may be a bit harsh and a bit in your face but that just comes with the territory. I have worked for other companies before with bosses that were ten times worse. You need to realize that we're trying to build a business and that sometimes it may not be easy.
