Pros
Great benefits, pays well, can work on some very interesting problems.
Cons
Work hours are from 10-7 and hardly anyone actually works that, so stuff can move at a snail pace. Getting help from central teams can be painful, especially if they're way off hours.
Some of the culture can get a bit overwhelming too and you can end up feeling pretty lonely if you don't drink the koolaid.
