Pros
I am working for the company more than a year and I give my honest review. I like the feeling of flat structure, management is open for conversation. Also it feels truly international since we have offices in 4 countries. Colleagues are witty and helpful. Inward atmosphere is nice and warm. People and culture department put a lot of efforts to preserve it. This is my first IT job and I learned a ton of new things. Also we try to improve internal processes constantly, to learn from our mistakes and constantly develop. Another benefit is that company emphasise personal development of the employee. We also works with the latest tech due to our virtuous tech lead.
Cons
As all of us know international situation is unstable and this affects everyone. Management tries to be adaptive and flexible in this times. Another con is that we are seeking too much to find the best internal process flow. We spare too much effort in introducing new organisation patterns which leads to distraction. To thrive here you need flexibility.
