- If you work hard and play the politics game to get your name out there, you can get good money relatively quickly - The work can be interesting when not bogged own by office politics

- Office politics in Model Development are current terrible - Senior management is all scientists which is causing a problem in how to manage a company - HR needs to given more power to keep managers accountable, currently this lack of accountability is killing all the projects as people get enlarged egos
