Pros
Good clients, challenging projects and learning curve is always increasing here. Job security is there and supporting facilities plus leaves are present.
Cons
Downside is the management. The company is too cluttered with people who will not let you move up in the hierarchy. They will cut you off for their own growth. Internal politics is the challenge.
