Pros

Great company, great people, great opportunity. Overall a wonderful operation. I worked at Ritchie Brothers in the finance department, I learned a lot and worked with fantastic people.

Cons

Nothing to report here, they treat their employees very well. Even though this is a huge company you wouldn't guess it. It is truly an open door policy from the top down.

The work was interesting; travel opportunities. Decent office downtown. Occasional catered lunches.

Cons

Massively toxic work environment. Worst coworkers in the world. Literal fraud, SH & SA coverups, and illegal activities, but if you hit their quotas and have no integrity, apply - you’re gold for them.
