Pros
The pay is acceptable The managers at my office are amazing The environment and equipment provided by the company make work easier and more productive Good experience. Interesting business.
Cons
The overall company culture is very political disguising as social justice. If an employee brings up any concern about keeping politics out of the company culture, the gaslighting is very evident, they may be brushed off or it's implied that they are bigoted or apathetic or lacking empathy. Even though they pretend to be so concerned about diversity - the amount of performative and tokenistic allyship is preachy - they exhibit little color diversity at the corporate executive level.
