Pros

The Hotel values you and they want to see you grow (if you are willing to go to South America and spend the majority of life there)

Cons

If you do NOT want to sell your soul then you sadly won’t be able to grow a lot and will be used in whatever way possible that benefits the company (Not you) Also you will have the lowest amount of Vacation days allocated to you 22 days, the usual working day is around 10 hours (even though it says 8 in your contract) and you don’t get paid for overtime you are EXPECTED to do overtime and you will never get to enjoy National Holidays

Pros

Decent hourly pay rate, if you get paid.

Cons

Terrible management, there is no communication, the "training" consists of you having to ask all this questions because there is not a system in place, management spends most time on their phone, if you are a female chances are you will succeed, there is one manager(Roberto) that especially gives a better treatment to women, he will even ignore other people but women when interacting, don't show up for work early(they hate it, it's like you are in their way, even if you are not, but don't be late either), if you are thirsty, make sure you bring your own drink, they will charge their employees even for a sip of soda, avoid asking questions to management, the one guy with beard and glasses(Roberto)especially, he gets very annoyed, know that if you are a seasonal employee you have to be walking on shells basically, most employees are very entitled, even the lady that cleans the lobby will be rude to you, if there is a spill and she has to do her job, she will do it, but she'll be rude and mean to you, make sure you log in your hours on the time machine and in the log binder, beg management to submit your hours to payrrol department, otherwise you will not get paid in time.
