      I met a few decent people trying to survive the chaos.

      Cons

      Shaming, disorganized, often blames line staff for upper management errors. All about the money. The client care comes last. No infrastructure.

      Some atonomy as long as you are doing what leadership wants.

      Cons

      Strong focus on financial gains and profit. If financials are down, leadership is focused on "quick fix" solutions rather than long-term strategy.
