Decent benefits. Great co-workers. Paycheck doesn't bounce.

Cons

Management is arrogant and lazy. Their priorities seem to be as follows, first is their bonuses, second is anti litigation, third is going on vacation, fourth is keeping secrets, and fifth might be patient care if they are lucky.

Great PTO, a few good people to work with

Weak leadership, no clear structure within certain departments, not sure if this is the right industry for the higher up people in charge. They seem to be confused and all over the place. Poor decision making.

I met a few decent people trying to survive the chaos.

Cons

Shaming, disorganized, often blames line staff for upper management errors. All about the money. The client care comes last. No infrastructure.
