Can see shows for free as in work them, great way to make friends. Fun environment. If you're lucky enough to work enough, you get benefits.
Cons
Communication between departments is horrible. Upper management is very out of touch with the real world. Pay is crap. If you're lucky enough to become a manager, you get 10x the work while only earning $1-2 more than your staff. It's a non-profit. They say they don't have the money yet upper management all make between $200-400k. This is the first year we are overtime eligible and they're trying to take that away.
