Pros
Good, good people working the front lines. Good programs in place, and good delivery of care. Lots of good work in rebuilding basic infrastructure: new EHR (Epic), new phone lines, new Intranet.
Cons
Leadership needs to learn to communicate with the line staff and management more transparently. Too many layers of bureaucracy. No clear strategic plan for growing the business or bringing in more revenue.
