You have great coworkers that become your family. It's a great place to get your foot in the door and gain experience. It's a family hospital..this company has givin everyone in my family a start to their medical career.
Cons
Low pay compared to other hospitals, benefits are okay, and the owner doesnt treat the employees like he should.
