Working environment in regards to staff is excellent. Staff is very friendly and collaborative care is highly emphasized. Patient treatment plans and delivery of care is excellent. Administration reaches out to staff on a regular basis and makes changes regularly to improve staff conditions and patient experiences.
Cons
Patient population can be rough; highly-underserved population requiring assistance in multiple ways. Patients can be verbally or physically assaultive.
