No to strict on people having to leave for family, kids, appts. Trying to help those who need healthcare options.
Cons
Management all for self, gives raises to friends and close associates. Biased hiring and firing. They want staff to give proper notice but they do not give proper notice when things are changing. Employees talk behind each other causing strife, they lie on one another, and it is a dog eat dog company.
