Stay as Far Away as Possible - Negligent Care and Customer Service

Cons

First and foremost, re-evaluate current senior leadership, period. Extremely toxic environment. Their systems are so outdated. They are not upfront about scheduling and things are changed all the time. Severely short-staffed with a high turnover rate as a result which management either doesn't realize or doesn't acknowledge. Policies and procedures are not consistent across all facilities. Corporate and Facilities might as well be different planets. With an executive staff that are without the proper skills or education to lead.

No to strict on people having to leave for family, kids, appts. Trying to help those who need healthcare options.

Cons

Management all for self, gives raises to friends and close associates. Biased hiring and firing. They want staff to give proper notice but they do not give proper notice when things are changing. Employees talk behind each other causing strife, they lie on one another, and it is a dog eat dog company.

Management does not provide any training and your supervisor is always too busy to assist you with understanding some of your job responsibilities. The co-workers are mean and they only lookout for themselves. There is no clinical support; you work very long work hours with no compensation (8:30-8:30pm). Other employees try sabotaging your position so they can get the glory. Your supervisor does not support you in any way. Overall, the people that work there are very mean.
