Pros

Future outlook looks very good. Not much pressure from direct management as long as you do your job well. You will work on something unique that users love.

Cons

Even though it's located at the heart of San Mateo downtown the office looks a bit outdated for a tech company. It's difficult to push through ideas.

Wonderful people, free & tasty breakfast and lunch with a lot of options, not too much pressure

Cons

Lots of responsibility, lower RO rate (for interns)

Pros

Total compensation is top of the market. Good benefits, matching 401k, free DEXA scans, nice HQ.

Cons

Chaotic management. Violatile stock price, one year you can make a lot of money with your RSUs, the next year its all worthless. Progression is hard, on paper they have a standardized rubric for leveling engineers but when it comes to calibration that's when the gaslighting and the caveat starts.
