      Pros

      A lot of snacks in the kitchen. A lot to learn and explore. Co-workers are all very bright and hardworking. If you able to last in the companies for years, means you have been delivering.

      Cons

      Work is extremely fast paced and demanding. Have to deliver result on a daily basis. Be prepared to stay late if there's emergency, even on weekend. Recruiter low balled my salary, even though I have close to 20 years of experience. My salary is lower than my previous job.

      Wonderful people, free & tasty breakfast and lunch with a lot of options, not too much pressure

      Lots of responsibility, lower RO rate (for interns)

      Pros

      Total compensation is top of the market. Good benefits, matching 401k, free DEXA scans, nice HQ.

      Cons

      Chaotic management. Violatile stock price, one year you can make a lot of money with your RSUs, the next year its all worthless. Progression is hard, on paper they have a standardized rubric for leveling engineers but when it comes to calibration that's when the gaslighting and the caveat starts.
