      Pros

      - company growth is insane. now is the time to join and be a part of something exciting and huge - there is a strong push for autonomy and owning your work (huge plus for me) - people are all around great people - perks are solid

      Cons

      - a lot of technical debt and catching up to do all around (including processes and general workflow in non-eng capacities). This could be a plus if you like these challenges and want to impact / help scale a company.

      Wonderful people, free & tasty breakfast and lunch with a lot of options, not too much pressure

      Pros

      Total compensation is top of the market. Good benefits, matching 401k, free DEXA scans, nice HQ.

      Cons

      Chaotic management. Violatile stock price, one year you can make a lot of money with your RSUs, the next year its all worthless. Progression is hard, on paper they have a standardized rubric for leveling engineers but when it comes to calibration that's when the gaslighting and the caveat starts.
