      Pros

      Our new building is amazing, free gym access, delicious food. Working with so many talents and create products that we are all proud of together - everyone here is nice and awesome Awesome Culture - our CEO is amazing and our team is amazing. My lead always cares about my future career goal and my opinions. 401plans, vision plan, dental plan, reimbursement, free Roblox toys I am very happy working here and it is like my second home.

      Cons

      Maybe we can have a bonus in future? Everything is awesome to me so far.

      Wonderful people, free & tasty breakfast and lunch with a lot of options, not too much pressure

      Lots of responsibility, lower RO rate (for interns)

      Pros

      Total compensation is top of the market. Good benefits, matching 401k, free DEXA scans, nice HQ.

      Cons

      Chaotic management. Violatile stock price, one year you can make a lot of money with your RSUs, the next year its all worthless. Progression is hard, on paper they have a standardized rubric for leveling engineers but when it comes to calibration that's when the gaslighting and the caveat starts.
