Pros

Great culture where everyone is very helpful and willing to share ideas together. People are hungry to innovate and move the whole platform toward scalability! I've really enjoyed my entire experience from getting recruited, to interviewing, to today.

Wonderful people, free & tasty breakfast and lunch with a lot of options, not too much pressure

Lots of responsibility, lower RO rate (for interns)

Pros

Total compensation is top of the market. Good benefits, matching 401k, free DEXA scans, nice HQ.

Cons

Chaotic management. Violatile stock price, one year you can make a lot of money with your RSUs, the next year its all worthless. Progression is hard, on paper they have a standardized rubric for leveling engineers but when it comes to calibration that's when the gaslighting and the caveat starts.
