      Pros

      - People are overall nice - Product is very cool - Depending on the area of the company, some cutting edge stuff happening

      Cons

      - Poor leadership (company wide) - Meandering and slow - this is not a company that ships much product, despite it's relatively small size - Can't decide if it wants to be bottoms up or top down

      Wonderful people, free & tasty breakfast and lunch with a lot of options, not too much pressure

      Pros

      Total compensation is top of the market. Good benefits, matching 401k, free DEXA scans, nice HQ.

      Cons

      Chaotic management. Violatile stock price, one year you can make a lot of money with your RSUs, the next year its all worthless. Progression is hard, on paper they have a standardized rubric for leveling engineers but when it comes to calibration that's when the gaslighting and the caveat starts.
