ROBLOX got amazing Technology Stack that can help you gain immense knowledge in C/C++/iOS/C#/Android. Smart employees.

Cons

Senior Leadership need to recognize employees who delivers, instead Senior Leadership rewards employees who listens to them and showcases their work.

Wonderful people, free & tasty breakfast and lunch with a lot of options, not too much pressure

Cons

Lots of responsibility, lower RO rate (for interns)

Pros

Total compensation is top of the market. Good benefits, matching 401k, free DEXA scans, nice HQ.

Cons

Chaotic management. Violatile stock price, one year you can make a lot of money with your RSUs, the next year its all worthless. Progression is hard, on paper they have a standardized rubric for leveling engineers but when it comes to calibration that's when the gaslighting and the caveat starts.
