      Pros

      - Excellent pay and benefits - Company has solid growth, get to launch products that millions will use - Extremely smart people, most ICs have little ego and are collaborative.

      Cons

      - Company-wide product culture is weak for growing junior PMs, very luck of the draw with who is your manager - Cross-org collaboration is often toxic due to competing priorities and leadership not being aligned. - Leadership flip flops on decisions and lots of thrash quarter to quarter. Lots of brand new initiatives every year while previous roadmaps and important products are not sustained

      Pros

      Total compensation is top of the market. Good benefits, matching 401k, free DEXA scans, nice HQ.

      Cons

      Chaotic management. Violatile stock price, one year you can make a lot of money with your RSUs, the next year its all worthless. Progression is hard, on paper they have a standardized rubric for leveling engineers but when it comes to calibration that's when the gaslighting and the caveat starts.
