      None. Nothing. Nada. Zero. Zilch.

      Cons

      Just an awful office to work in. Full of unqualified people poking their nose into your work whilst not doing their own. Pretending to help you whilst secretly backstabbing to hide their own inadequacies. Accept employment within the Burgess Hill office at your own risk. It could seriously damage your reputation through no fault of your own.

      The benefits are good so far just like any other company

      Cons

      Terrible managers Employees are getting away with traveling without using PTO when they are on EDO because they are friends with managers. This raises concerns regarding fairness, policy compliance, and equitable treatment of employees. If the manager dont like you, Your life will be hell and they will find the stupidest mistakes to kick you out. Again, some people get away of not using their pto and they will travel and claim they are working while manager is okay with it. Bunch of hypocrites
