Flexible hours, work from home, learn from leaders in their respective fields, possibility to network. I feel Roche is a more family oriented company as compared to its competitors where I've worked.
Cons
Can be political and there are people in roles that don't belong there and are not qualified - hard to get rid of them in Switzerland. Many people abuse the sick policy
