Benefits and pension plan are generally better than the industry at large. Health plan is very generous and covers things that most will not.
Cons
Extremely political organization with very conservative views of what it takes to become successful in the marketplace. They provide lip service about wanting to hear the opinion of employees … bin practice, the complete opposite.
