      Pros

      Lots of opportunities, good facilities, lots of people and access to expertise.

      Cons

      Opaque decision making process and many layers of process for even the simplest. Lots of silo mentality and not much entrepreneurial thinking. Open plan throughout and many rules and procedures for everything. Tracking of time spent on projects and work-life balance a low consideration.

      The benefits are great and the pay is better than most.

      Cons

      They care more about forcing efficiency measures than solving root problems. They want to enact "morale boost" events but refuse to ask why we were unhappy. This year they decided to devalue our pay and our efforts by giving everyone a static 2% raise
