      - Some traditional approaches from long-tenured employees could evolve to better embrace new ideas and points of view. - The strategies that led to current success might need adjustment for future growth, and not everyone is fully aligned on this yet. - Tendency toward micromanagement from well-intentioned individuals who lack a broader perspective.
