-Integrity concerns with management (as one example, at times can ask employees to do ethically dubious things, such as purchasing fake social media followers to give crypto projects the illusion of being popular/credible)
-Little to no company culture
-Well intentioned, but junior HR department (Apparently unwilling or unale to hold senior leadership accountable, such as when leadership attempts institute vacation policies that violate Canada/provincial labour laws)
-Low trust environment (especially between departments)
-At times (not always), some very poor behaviour from senior execs (verbal, written abuse -- public temper tantrums that are unbecoming and unprofessional etc.)
-Business lacks a clear vision and strategy (often sidetracked by half-baked side projects, sudden pivots and fragile alignment between key stakeholders at the top. This often diverts crucial resources away from making a succesful product, in lieu of trying to stand up poorly conceived and oftentimes non-functional side bets)
