We also acknowledge your concerns around delegation, burnout, and turnover. As a fast-moving startup, we know that building structure while scaling can be a challenge, and we’re actively working on improving role clarity and cross-team support. Regarding early departures: we recognize how important it is for both the company and the employee to find the right fit. Our probation period exists to provide that space — not only for performance evaluation, but to ensure alignment on expectations, pace, and communication.
