We agree with you, those that have joined us at Rockborne are great, we’ve been incredibly humbled by the applications we receive and the amazing individuals that have come on board. It’s good to hear the food goes down well and that the flexibility we provide make work/life balance a little easier. It would not be right to discuss individual cases, we very much hope that anyone with questions or concerns raises them through our HR channels so we can answer them for you. It’s a super emotive time and we want to support people as best as we can. I’m very proud to be part of the leadership team, the level of openness is something that I’m personally finding incredibly refreshing. Trust is a two way thing, we really hope that by being as open as we are, sharing insights like the designs for new office spaces, client news and placements and even personal stories from our careers and lives that we instil a culture of transparency that our people feel comfortable in.
