      Pros

      good hardware a lot of free food like fruits, beers, cereals

      Cons

      insanely poor level of software quickness is more important than quality PM are people without or with little IT knowledge which is IMHO unacceptable for software projects it happen few times to work 12h per day for a whole week working side by side with business people which tend to be noisy

      Down to Earth staff and supervisors. Work stays at work. Work hours are consistent.

      You're working in an industry that is so quickly changing and evolving that it can be difficult at times to keep up.
