Pros

The managers and VAs were hardworking, loyal, and deeply committed. Many dedicated years of their lives to building internal processes, supporting clients, and helping the company grow.

Cons

Rocket Station recently carried out a mass termination involving all managers, without prior notice to the affected managers, the VAs, or even the clients. Everything came as a complete shock. Many of these managers had been working for the company for up to seven years, performing roles that clearly resembled full-time employment, yet they remained under independent contractor contracts and did not receive employee benefits. Based on how events unfolded, it appears that proper due process may not have been followed. No transition plan was communicated, no advance warning was given, and clients were not informed ahead of time. The suddenness caused confusion, distress, and immediate loss of livelihood for many people. What makes this especially troubling is the timing. Everyone received the news on New Year’s Eve, a moment that should be reserved for family and rest. Delivering mass termination at that time felt unethical, insensitive, and inhumane, particularly given the long service and loyalty of those affected.

Pros

They have good client base for VAs

Cons

It was okay until they laid off managers and replaced it with AI. Their VAs use their own devices, low salary, no incentives. No opportunities for growth unless you're good with the upper management or you're a relative/friend.
