Pros

Rocket Station has a caring and supportive culture. The most recent festival was also great, it really showed how the company values bringing people together.

Cons

Overnight shift but this is acceptable since we work with US-based clients.

Pros

None, nothing is good about this company. They only think whats best for their company and not thier employees. Can be accused of exploitation.

Cons

They will inform you paid training amounting to $300. Once your on trainin they will inform you since it's only 3 weeks you will only be paid $225. If you don't pass the training you will not get any pay not even a single dollar. Imagine the TIME, EFFORT wasted by the applicant if they cant pass. They keep on hiring VA’s yet they don't have enough clien. They have high standards and employees are not compensated well. So inhumane that they will make you attend training spend money on electricity, wifi waste your time and effort and not give any compensation. This company should be accused of wrong information “PAID TRAINING” be specific if you cant pass you get nothing. Unlike other company whether you pass or fail you will be compensated. Meanwhile in rocket station you get NOTHING! And btw this company doesn't give any benefits. LOL! Worst company ever.

Pros

They provide good overall training however those were only like a quick overview of what you will be actually doing once you get chosen to work for a client. No delays in pay. Good organizational system from hiring to training, until client endorsement. Stable company.

Cons

They hire a lot but cannot provide each VA a client. There were times that in a class of 23 trainees, it's been more than 3 months and yet only one or two VA got hired. Some already left as there was no assurance of getting hired. The selection of who to line up for client interviews depends on the leaders, not everyone gets a fair chance. They would even sometimes line up the newly graduated batch first than the ones who've been on the waiting list for too long. The rate is too low since there is a lot of redundant staff to pay, maybe. Unlike other VA recruiters which will really help you land into a client, Rocketstation will just let you get stuck in their Bootcamp working for their own campaign at a low rate of 15000Php until you get hired by a client, which will raise your pay to 30000Php. There's an increase of few cents every 6months not even a dollar. The company culture seems so good and nice but at the end of the day, business is business on the management's side. Performance incentive is too low, not on a fixed rate, and will be divided to all VAs who met the criteria they set, will not even reach a thousand. No motivations. Some coaches do not even care once VA already worked for clients all they know is to watch out for your mistake and won't even care to empathize when needed. Their position got into their heads that much.
