I’ve been with this company for quite a while, and one thing I really appreciate is the WFH setup. It’s been such a blessing, especially for those of us with kids, because it gives us more time to be with family. On top of that, the company truly recognizes the contributions of its employees, and I’m grateful for the support and appreciation I’ve received over the years.
Cons
The company has gone through a lot of changes, and sometimes navigating these challenges can be tough. But I understand that it’s all part of keeping the business stable and ensuring long-term support for everyone on the team.
