There is a bit of a laid-back feeling depending on the role in the company. The machine operators, material handlers, and general office staff are some of the best people to work with. Most positions have clear responsibilities and goals. You can do your job and go home without taking work with you.
Cons
It's a Japanese owned manufacturing plant that is controlled by employees of the parent company brought in from overseas. Americans that work here will have no say on business direction. Management is a mixed bag with some being negligent and others decent at their job. Most managers just complain about how other employees do their job. Conflict resolution does not exist at this company. They don't hesitate to let go of workers that cause slight tension or drama, but this does not apply to managers. There are employees purchasing products for themselves using company funds instead of their own leading to theft. These purchases are not being monitored and the items big or small end up missing after a few days/weeks.
