      Extensive In-house training. I love how leadership takes the time to work with you and the team. You aren't thrown into a role without extensive training first. They set you up for success from day 1 and ensure constant communication of changes, etc. Good company culture, and you can tell they care about their employees,

      It's not so much of a con, but it was a different schedule than I was used to in my previous roles but I have quickly adjusted

      #1 Intense & Invaluable Every day at Rocksteady Promotions is worth at least a week at a regular job. You will believe after one month that any particular job that you had prior is easy compared to the rigor of this job. I'd say its worth just as much as a college B.A Degree because the training is applied wisdom that we use everyday. Everything we practice is done both at the office and in B2B. #2 Weekly Compensation - Our commissions are always paid weekly 4x a month #3 Elite Product and Services - The Broker Online Exchange app is simple and easy to use and the services and products offered to customers is extremely hard to match by competitors compared in this current energy market. I could definitely recommend a friend to partner with Rocksteady Promotions in the future. It is a great service that is offered as an affiliate of Broker Online Exchange. #4 Mentorship We are trained daily and all of the team leaders and management are open towards teaching their trainees to meet their financial goals.
