Pros
District has lots of resources and good training for teachers. That's about it.
Cons
Administrators micromanage teachers and blame teachers for poor student behavior. I am told that teachers need to develop relationships with students as if that is the only thing motivating students to behave. No consequences for students and admin won't back you up with parents. Run far away! Not enough pay for the garbage you deal with.
