Run just run!!!! - Driver Rockwater Employee Review

The disposable driver program isn't working for this company. Their practice, over higher when they have work then starve out employees after the job is finished. This cycle is vicious. The turn over rate is obserd and their TRIR is off the charts. New drivers with little experience, wreck equipment, risk lives and cost the company a lot of money. Management doesn't seem to understand that. They ran drivers illegal and failed a DOT AUDIT, after being reported. They are their own worst enemy. Pick another company. PLEASE!!! Management only covers their own backsides. You're license and skills are exploited with this company.
