Good professional experience for resume. Coworkers were great.

In my professional experience, working in this office was the lowlight of my career. Meetings are often ruthless and employees berated in front of others by management. Yelling at others is not uncommon. Salaried people are made to clock in and out and hours are monitored. There are cameras pointed at every desk in the office which felt big brother-y (this is a white collared office of less than 15 people mind you!). If you're between this place and somewhere else, I'd pick somewhere else.
