Work ethics of some staff bringing toxic energy to the team.

-Great clinical staff, they really embody teamwork. 5 Star clinic!..and yet management isn't happy. -So much overtime offered to those interested. (Just be willing to sacrifice social life and practice boundaries) -heavily patient care focused. Facility techs take care of water and bicarb/acid, so us dialysis techs can really just focus on the patients. -patients are so nice

-Almost always understaffed-which is typical for almost everywhere else. -New management makes everything harder than it has to be, severely lacks communication. -Don't bother driving to work, no parking anywhere. -Working conditions suck. We're a flagship location (all the other clinics are modeled after us) and yet the place is literally falling apart. -Flies and roaches everywhere, the clinic is in desperate need of a facelift.
