      Robust and fair recruitment process

      Cons

      Communicated with staff members for months prior to initial start date (with a signed contract), only to never hear from them again. This cost me a lot of money and serious emotional distress.

      Collaborative and ambitious work. It is a good choice as the first job.

      High pressure's job and better to have good control of pressure.

      Good culture Great mix of work (lots of strategy / interesting projects) Good opportunity

      Cons

      Promotion cycle can be slower than some peer companies (RB does not have a strong up or out model, which helps some people and hurts others)
